These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VideoStrangers, an adults-only random video chat service that pairs you with a stranger for a private one-to-one video or text session.
VideoStrangers is for adults aged 18 and over. Matches are private one-to-one sessions — there is no public profile, no public feed, and live sessions are not stored or published.
1. Acceptance & Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VideoStrangers, including our website, mobile web experience, matching features, messaging features, video and voice call features, and related services.
By accessing or using VideoStrangers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, rules, notices, or feature-specific terms that may apply to certain services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform. Continued access or use of the platform after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
VideoStrangers is an adults-only service and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. You may only use the platform if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide during registration, login, or verification is accurate, current, and complete. Where an account exists, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Platform Services
VideoStrangers provides a random matching service that connects two adults in real time. Available services may evolve over time and can include matching, communication, safety, and account tools.
Tap once to be paired with another adult who is online, and skip to a new match whenever you like.
Talk over a private real-time video call, or keep the conversation to text — your choice each session.
Move on to a new person instantly. There is no obligation to stay in any conversation.
Use skip, block, report, and account settings to manage your experience and stay safe.
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, product, security, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently or without interruption.
4. Your Sessions
VideoStrangers is not a social network or content-publishing service. There is no public profile, no public feed, and no way for other users to browse or follow your activity. Each match is a private one-to-one session between you and the person you are matched with.
You are responsible for how you behave and what you say, show, or share during a session. Treat the people you meet with respect, and do not share content you are not authorized to share or that you are not comfortable showing to a stranger.
- Live sessions are private between the two participants and are not stored or published by us.
- Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute another person's video, audio, or messages without their consent.
- You remain responsible for ensuring your conduct does not violate laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.
5. Acceptable Use & Community Rules
You must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. You may not use VideoStrangers to harass, exploit, deceive, harm, or interfere with others, nor may you use it to disrupt the operation or integrity of the platform.
- Do not share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Do not show or share sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, violent threats, hate speech, or content that violates applicable safety standards.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or deceive users about your relationship with any individual or brand.
- Do not use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive technical means to access or manipulate the service.
- Do not use the platform to run scams, solicit money, or carry out other abusive or unlawful activity.
Additional community or feature-specific rules may apply to matching, messaging, and user interaction. Violations may result in restrictions or account termination.
6. Matching, Messaging & Calls
The platform connects you with another available user through random matching, and supports text chat, voice, and video during a session. These features are provided to support real-time interaction between two people.
When using these features, you must act lawfully and respectfully. You may not use them to stalk, threaten, extort, harass, scam, solicit unlawful activity, distribute malicious links, or pressure others into unsafe or prohibited conduct.
- Matching outcomes, who you are paired with, response rates, and call quality are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for your decisions when interacting with other users, including whether to continue a session or share additional information.
- If you experience abuse, suspicious behavior, or unsafe conduct, you should use the available skip, block, and report tools.
7. Third-Party Services & External Links
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services for functions such as login, analytics, hosting, content delivery, support tools, and web navigation. Some links may open in an external browser or direct you to third-party pages that are not controlled by us.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy notices, and business practices. Your use of those services is between you and the relevant third party, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You retain rights in content that you lawfully create, but you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service and deliver your real-time session to the person you are matched with.

9. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

If your account is closed or access is terminated, some data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, while certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
